These tasks are waiting for you
– You are responsible for the identification and acquisition of strategically relevant sellers, the preparation and execution of sales pitches as well as the conduct of contract negotiations until the conclusion of a contract
– You are also responsible for sales and results for the acquisition targets according to the budget plan
– You actively support the sellers in the entire commercial onboarding process, and coordinate with your colleagues in technical onboarding (product / offer upload)
– The independent development of marketing concepts for the introduction of new sellers / assortments on the Conrad Marketplace is also one of your tasks.
– As part of the team, you will support us by consistently expanding the breadth and depth of the range of technical operating requirements
– You are responsible for the coordination and the cooperation with the key account management until the complete handover of the new sellers
– You proactively support new sellers in international expansion (cross-border trade)
– Recognizing the individual needs of each seller and providing personal support is part of your responsibilities

Who we are looking for
– Completed studies with a background in business administration / economics or a comparable qualification
– You ideally have professional experience in business development
– You have a passion for the e-business sector
– You have excellent communication skills as well as negotiation skills, a confident manner and assertiveness
– Strong analytical skills are one of your strengths
– You have a very good command of German and English (at least B2 level)
