Description

Your Conrad trainee program
– Get to know the Conrad product portfolio, customers and colleagues as well as internal processes and structures.
– Several months of project work in the target area
– Personal support from experienced mentors
– Comprehensive support through targeted training
– Intensive networking with other trainees (interdisciplinary team project, regular exchange of experience)
– Regular exchange with management on various topics

These tasks are waiting for you
– You accompany strategically relevant projects as well as the creation of concepts as a basis for decision-making for the divisional/management board
– You will support the development of new innovative ways to launch products and participate in new customer kick-off meetings.
– You will work with Business Development in evaluating new service products for our partners and B2B customers
– You will work independently on cross-functional projects with strategic and active added value, for example in process optimizations in the area of customer care
– You will get to know the processes, contact persons and central projects of the adjacent areas

Who we are looking for
– University degree in the field of economics / industrial engineering
– You already have some practical experience (e.g. in internships), ideally in retail, procurement or similar areas
– You have strong technical and digital skills, ideally in analytic tools and CRM systems
– Customer-oriented action and entrepreneurial thinking characterize you
– Initiative, self-confidence and self-reflection are your strengths
– You have interest, passion and basic knowledge in electronics
– You have a good command of written and spoken English (at least B2 level)
